This role involves working with high-value automotive customers as the Automotive AI - Dealership Success Manager. This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of the leading AI company in the automotive space and act like an arm of the dealerships you support. You will be charged with orchestrating a seamless onboarding experience and driving their ongoing success. The CSM team provides exceptional experiences for our customer base while increasing usage of the platform and driving down churn.

As a Salesforce Senior Solutions Architect, you will lead clients and project teams, translating business challenges into Salesforce solutions. You will provide guidance on industry and Salesforce best practices, understand client needs, and design solutions. You will mentor teams, enforce governance, and deliver solutions that blend strategic vision with leadership.

Support two small businesses by getting finances organized, setting up simple, reliable systems, and keeping books current. You’ll help transition tools if needed, establish repeatable workflows, and ensure the founder has clear visibility into cash flow, expenses, and subscriptions.
